So, today I came across this particular movie from Netflix named ‘The Half Of It’. So, this particular Rom com is one of the most beautiful movies I ever watched. And this particular quote, which comes in the beginning of the movie is very special. So, I couldn’t resist, but to post it. I really recommend you all to watch this movie, its simply beautiful. -
Seek
Through the stars
the light sends fair speechless messages.
The words of which,
are the manifestation of what I feel.
As the color grows darker,
all I pray for is to make this an ever lasting night.
Or to stop the time at that particular moment,when you smile.
Nothing seemed right,
untill it was for you.

like a source of light

the world, the blues.

the stars, the moon.
Dwelling deep

digging my own grave.

Walking Down
Walking Down the shallows,
I found myself lost,
in the sunset.
The aging sun,
glared dimly at me,
there, with her, I met.
Her eyes were shining,
and the world seemed to be in it.
With each moment passing by,
I felt like I was going down in debt.
She held my hand,
though a stranger.
A wave passed through my veins,
washing down all my regret.
My pain,
it was gone.
The shallowness,
it was gone.
There was a new light,
giving me hope,
she was gone.

Diving
Diving into the blues
by the shore.
Laying off the impurities
in a whole.
Driving by the lane,
to reach that place,
where my mind resides,
where my heart resides.
Throwing stones,
over the water of the lake.
Counting all the ways,
for us, that life lays.

For the worldly affairs,

Poetry
They asked,
as to how I write these lines,
what was and is my need.
Why only poetry,
Why not stories,
Why not tales.
‘Everything is so easy for you,
able express yourself,
through these words’.
I smiled, and left.
It is not their fault.
No one knows.
That I am drowning,
into an ocean,
dark and high.
An ocean of words,
where there’s no way up,
all I think and am lured to go is deep.
This is what’s my need.
I myself am made up of stories,
and Poetry is what I bleed.

Mystery
The light of the day,
didn’t seem bright enough.
The dimness of the dawn
didn’t make me care enough.
The voice at the shore,
didn’t make me blissed enough.
The beauty of the moon,
didn’t seem alluring enough.
But then my eyes turned,
towards you.
Never had I ever seen such,
such mystery.
All I wanted was to,
to get lost,
into the mystery
and then I never wanted,
for it to get solved.
